This is situated just opposite the Agra Fort. This red sandstone mosque was built by Shah Jahan. There are big courtyards as well as fountains located inside the mosque. Persian inscriptions can be seen inside the walls of a mosque in the adulation of Shahjahan and his daughter Jahanara Begum.
